Dove Cameron and Damiano David are keeping their love close to their hearts.
Months after first sparking engagement rumors, the Descendants alum, 29, and the Måneskin frontman, 27, confirmed last week that are getting ready to say "I do" after two years of dating. Cameron showed off their stunning engagement rings in a celebratory post on Instagram on January 3.
Italian jeweler Alessandro Bernini recently shared details about the couple's "exquisitely made" matching engagement rings on Instagram, giving a closer look at Cameron's center stone Asscher-cut diamond with a full halo and David's center stone set in a cigar-style band, both in 18K rose gold, per People.
Bernini also revealed that each of the rings contain a "deeply meaningful inscription" inside the band and that the designs were created "to celebrate the union of two souls and the timeless bond of love." According to People, the rocker's inscription states, "The best part of being alive," while his fiancée's echoes the sentiment with "My favorite part of being alive."
Cameron's announcement post comes more than two months after they sparked rumors they were headed down the aisle when they were seen walking arm-in-arm around Sydney, Australia, Cameron with a sparkling diamond ring on her left hand. The reports came shortly after they celebrated their second anniversary and the "Boyfriend" singer shared a heartfelt tribute to her beau on Instagram.
"The best 2 years of my life. i am brought to tears at least once a week because life has become so beautiful with you in it," she wrote in the caption. "i love you in a way no words could ever express, but i will never stop trying. buon anniversario amore mio."
