Travis Barker is running for a good cause. During Super Bowl Weekend, the blink-182 drummer's Run Travis Run 5K event will be taking over Audubon Park in New Orleans, and proceeds will go towards relief for the devastating Los Angeles wildfires.

The event will take place on the morning of February 7th, and according to a press release, "Run Travis Run promises to be a fun quick 5k run through the stunning Audubon Park with surprises along the way." Participants will run or walk to a curated playlist made by Barker himself specifically for the event "to keep you motivated and inspired." Afterwards, runners and walkers will enjoy a high energy after party with a DJ, local food trucks, drinks and more.

All proceeds from the event will be donated to the LAFD Foundation and the Anti-Recidivism Coalition who are working so hard to end the fires in Barker’s hometown, Los Angeles.

In a statement, Travis explained of his upcoming Run Travis Run, "New Orleans is the perfect city to host Run Travis Run during one of the biggest weekends in sports. This specific run will be special because all of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the LAFD Foundation and the Anti Recividism Coalition who are working so hard to end these fires in my hometown, Los Angeles."
