The country of Norway will be officially recognizing its darkest musical heritage - black metal.
A black metal exhibit will open next April at the National Library of Norway, exploring the genre's "dark and chaotic feelings" as well as its roots in ancient Norwegian culture.
It will also explore "how Norwegian black metal has had an impact far beyond Norwegian borders".
